Our grounds maintenance contract is renewed every three years and we use local companies to carry out the work. To monitor performance, our Neighbourhood Services team use a tenant inspectors to report back after each grass cut. Regular review meetings are held with the contractors to feedback any concerns and make changes to the contract.

 

The Neighbourhood Services team has an annual estate budget to make any improvements they feel are needed. Their budget can be used to fund one off items. Recently the team have used their money to erect new fencing, buy new washing lines and install parking bollards. Site visits are made monthly to note any major issues.

 

The Association has a comprehensive anti-social behaviour policy and is committed to taking all complaints seriously. We act quickly to try and stop this type of behaviour and have successfully used the countrywide mediation service to solve long standing disputes.

 

The Sandpits Estate in Ludlow has its own on-site caretaker whose role is focused on keeping the estate clean and tidy as well as acting as a contact between the tenants and the Neighbourhood Services team.
