Allocate Homes
Shropshire Homepoint is a choice based lettings partnership which manages a county wide Housing Register and advertises properties available to rent.
Offer Support
Our team of Housing Support Officers provide dedicated help and support for any eligible adult living in South Shropshire who requires extra help and advice to maintain their tenancy. They also provide resettlement support for people moving from temporary accommodation into permanent housing.
Housing Services for Older People
We have 300 homes within 13 Sheltered Housing Schemes and we have specialist Sheltered Housing Officers who offer valuable support to older people including those not in Sheltered Housing.
Ludlow Foyer
The first of its kind in Shropshire, this project includes low cost rented flats for fifteen young people (aged 16-25) who are starting training or a job.
Women’s Refuge
We have a refuge in South Shropshire for women and children experiencing domestic violence.
