Reporting a repair
When reporting a repair make sure you have all the relevant details to hand. The more details you have about the problem the better equipped we will be to log the repair.
You will need to provide us with your name, address and telephone number, details of the repair and times when you are usually at home. It may also help if you are able to look up the repair in the repairs insert in your handbook before you call.
Once you have reported your repair, you will recieve an acknowledgement by post detailing the repair that has been ordered and a response time. You will also recieve a satisfaction questionaire.

If an inspection is required, one will be arranged.
