Floating support
The Housing Support Service is funded by the Supporting People Programme and aims to develop and support vulnerable adults who live independently in the South Shropshire community.
The age range of people we support is from 16-65. People who receive our service have a wide range of needs such as:
- People with mental health issues
- Adults with learning disability
- Adults with a physical disability
- Women at risk of violence
- Older people with support needs
- Single homeless
- People with alcohol/drug problems
- Homeless families
- Refugees
- Offenders or people at risk of offending
