OPTIONS TO MAKE VIEWING OUR SITE EASIER
Estate Management
Grounds Maintenance
Our grounds maintenance contract is renewed every three years and we use local companies to carry out the work. To monitor performance, our Neighbourhood Services Officers use a team of tenant inspectors to report back after each grass cut. Regular review meetings are held with the contractors to feedback any concerns and make changes to the contract.
Environmental Improvement
Each Neighbourhood Services Officer has an annual estate budget to make any improvements they feel are needed. Their budgets can be used to fund one off items. Recently the officers have used their money to erect new fencing, buy new washing lines and install parking bollards. Neighbourhood Services Officers visit sites monthly and note any major issues.
Anti-Social Behaviour
The Association has a comprehensive anti-social behaviour policy and is committed to taking all complaints seriously. We act quickly to try and stop this type of behaviour and have successfully used the countrywide mediation service to solve long standing disputes.
Caretaker Service
The Sandpits Estate in Ludlow has its own on-site caretaker whose role is focused on keeping the estate clean and tidy as well as acting as a contact between the tenants and the Neighbourhood Services Officer.
